Shop Mia will gladly refund any full priced items that are returned and received within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, un-soiled with original packaging and swing tickets still secure on garment. Please choose carefully as we do not provide an exchange on hosiery or sale items unless they are deemed to be faulty. We ask that you retain your original receipt or transaction details as proof of purchase.
You must notify us online before you make a return or your return may not be processed. Please contact us with the subject “return” via the contact form or send an email to email@example.com. Please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a Returns Reference Number.
Once you receive your Returns Reference Number, please repack the item(s) and return the package to a post office counter. Please return item to:

Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office as this will act as your proof of delivery. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. SHOP MIA is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit, therefore it is in your best interest that all goods are sent back as registered post.
Once returned item is inspected by us a refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving your return. Your payment will be refunded back onto the credit card you used to pay for your product. We will only accept exchanges or returns purchased from the SHOP MIA store.
